We devised a system that enables anyone to monetize their content, independant of their size, the amount of followers of the "advertiser-friendliness"
This goal is achieved by monetizing creators through the blockchain, we don't leverage investors or companies, but donators and users who want to support the creator community.

There's a lot to talk about here, and all of our plans are laid out in detail on this website and in our whitepaper, but this page is for you, and it's here to tell you the gist of it:
Donators put money into a public pot, this money is securely stored in a smart contract, on the blockchain.
Users who participate in this project can participate completely for free, they use a blockchain-enabled browser-extension to upvote/downvote your videos, directly on youtube.
Based on the upvote/downvote ratio, at the end of a pre-defined term, you, the creator of the content, can retrieve a payout that is automatically calculated based on the sum of donations and the up/downvote ratio of all creators that participate.

For you to participate, you don't need to sign up anywhere or provide personal information, all you do is create a wallet, for example in metamask, and put a "Magic String" into your video description.
Our extension will automatically detect the magic string and register you as a creator on our platform, allowing you to be monetized, no censorship, no rules, no personal information provided.
Additionally, all videos that have been upvoted, participant or not, will be shown on our aggregator at https://remonetized.news for extra visibility and promotion, as usual, completely for free.

We know your stance on Youtubes role in content moderation and monetization.
And we know that everyone is affected by this.
We would like to ask you to help us in participating in any way you want, by informing your viewers, by pinging other creators, or by being part of our community.
As already stated, we are not the most engaging or interesting people, and we really need help in pushing this idea and community forward, to help everyone.

Please know that this project is taking up all our free time, all of us have day-jobs to attend to, but this project is born from our desire to create something everlasting for the online-community.

At this point in time, we at Team CryptNG don't have any monetary benefit in this project, all donations are reserved for creators, we even put our own money into the pot to kickstart the endeavour.
We are planning a kickstart to further our visibility and allow more donations and creators to participate for more rewards.
All our code and smart contracts are open source and can be audited by anyone, the community can openly state concerns and provide ideas, this is a public endeavour!
Of course, our hope it so make some publicity around our name and build a reputable and trustworthy organization, to enable us to provide more products in the future, some may help us to earn some money / pay the operating fees of the ecosystem.
